Consult-

prior to embarking on a project, CommsAust develops a complete view of our customer’s environment by conducting a thorough appraisal of the current systems to identify challenges and requirements.  Understanding the pain points our customers experience ensures that we tailor the solution to meet the customer’s objectives.


Design-

using the information collected from the consult phase, and coupling this with our extensive knowledge of the various industry segments, our Solution Architects will detail and present a customised solution to resolve the identified business issues.

 
Implement-

when our customers have approved the design presented, the solution is handed over to our team of professional Project Managers.  This ensures the most appropriately trained engineers are allocated to the project which is systematically deployed, whilst minimising downtime.  The CommsAust methodology guarantees a smooth network transition thus creating ‘peace of mind’ for our customers

Train-

Before commissioning, CommsAust ensures all users of the new solution are trained by our highly skilled training personnel.  Providing quality training is one of the key elements of success, ensuring user uptake and acceptance.  This in turn will ensure the maximum benefits are realised across the organisation in a timely manner.


Optimise-

CommsAust ensures that once the solution goes live, the customer is supported throughout the initial phases with detailed attention to ensure a successful and optimised transition for their business.


Manage-

Now that the solution is implemented you have ‘peace of mind’ that the quality solution implemented by CommsAust will now be incorporated into our Managed Services portfolio operated by CommsAust.  After all, who better to support the new solution than those who designed and implemented it?
